Comunaris features

Notices to neighbours over WhatsApp, written only once

A water cut, a fumigation, work on the façade: every notice is typed into the group, forwarded to whoever is not in it and lost among the messages. Afterwards nobody knows what was announced or when.

How Comunaris solves it

  • Each notice has a title and a text, and is kept in the building with its own link.
  • The send-to-group button opens WhatsApp with the notice text and link ready; you send it from your own phone.
  • For those not in the group, a one-by-one send list to the contacts with a phone in international format, marking each send as done.
  • Stores the invite link to the building’s WhatsApp community with its QR code, so neighbours can join.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Write the notice

Type the title and the text; the notice is kept in the building.

  2. 2

    Share it in the group

  3. 3

    Finish the individual sends

Send the notice one by one to those not in the group, and mark each one as sent.
