Purpose

Comunaris is a web application to manage buildings, owners associations and residents boards. This notice governs access to and use of the public site and the application.

Terms of use

The public site is free to access; using the application requires an account. Visitors agree to use the site lawfully, not to harm its operation or that of third parties, and not to enter false data or data about people who have not authorised it.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Comunaris brand, the design, the texts and the code of the site belong to its owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without express permission, except where the law allows it.

Liability

The owner strives to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service is always available. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference and the owner is not responsible for their content.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law; where the claimant acts as a consumer, by the courts of their place of residence. If you access the site from Peru, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory Peruvian rules, in particular Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law (see the Privacy policy), and the Consumer Protection and Defence Code (Law No. 29571).
